We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to lead our efforts in connecting with corporate clients and promoting our soft skills training programs. This role is crucial in expanding our reach and impact within the corporate training landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential corporate clients for soft skills training programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in organizations.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand client training requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Present and promote our training offerings to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and networking events.
• Collaborate with the training team to ensure alignment of client expectations and training delivery.
• Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights on market trends and client feedback.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the training or education sector in UAE.
• Strong understanding of corporate training needs, particularly in soft skills.
