We are looking for an Admin Assistant who will be responsible to ensure the smooth functioning of the office and assisting various departments with their administrative needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
  • Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Monitor and order office supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels.
  • Support the HR department with recruitment processes, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information or redirect them to the appropriate department.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Any bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Prior experience in the maritime or ship spare parts industry is a plus.
  • Preferably female candidates
