Responsibilities
Advertising Campaign Management:
- Create and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms (Snapchat, TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads).
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust settings to achieve advertising goals.
- Efficiently allocate budgets among different campaigns.
Audience Targeting:
- Precisely define the target audience based on demographic categories and behaviors on each platform.
- Utilize available targeting tools such as interests, geographic locations, and behavioral data to enhance performance.
Performance Analysis and Statistics:
- Track results and analyze performance data (CTR, CPC, CPA, etc.) to provide regular reports.
- Offer recommendations based on analysis to improve future campaigns.
- Measure return on investment (ROI) and ensure marketing objectives are met.
Ad Testing and Optimization:
- Experiment with different ad designs (images, videos) to determine what resonates best with the audience.
- Conduct A/B tests to select the most effective ad copy and visuals.
- Continuously modify ads based on the performance of each test to ensure ongoing improvement.
Budget and Ad Management:
- Monitor advertising budgets across different platforms.
- Adjust spending based on campaign performance and specific objectives.
- Manage click costs (CPC) and view costs (CPM) to achieve optimal results at minimal expense.
Qualifications:
- Educated to degree level in marketing or similar.
- 2 - 3 years of work experience in digital marketing.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
