Program Coordinator - Private Sector

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with private sector organizations, including corporations, businesses, and industry associations, to collaborate on volunteer engagement initiatives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to engage the private sector in volunteering activities aligned with program's mission and goals.
  • Customized Solutions: Work closely with private sector partners to understand their CSR objectives and customize volunteering opportunities that meet their needs while addressing community priorities.
  • Project Management: Coordinate the planning, execution, and evaluation of volunteering projects involving private sector partners, ensuring successful outcomes and impactful contributions to the community.
  • Communication and Advocacy: Serve as a liaison between the program and private sector partners, communicating the value of volunteering and promoting the benefits of corporate engagement in community service.
  • Capacity Building: Provide support and guidance to private sector partners in developing volunteer programs, engaging employees, and maximizing the impact of their CSR initiatives.
  • Networking: Represent the program at networking events, conferences, and meetings to expand the organization's reach within the private sector and identify potential partnership opportunities.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to private sector engagement, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, and social sciences, Master's degree preferred Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in related field

Proven experience in partnership development, corporate relations, or business development, preferably in the nonprofit sector or CSR domain.

Strong understanding of corporate social responsibility practices and trends, with a passion for community development and social impact.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative initiatives that align with organizational objectives.

Project management experience, including planning, execution, and evaluation of programs or projects.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use insights to drive decision-making and improve performance.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
