E&E Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Key account specialist , responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, showcasing products ,and building strong relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales target achievement
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their requirements and offer suitable products or services.
-Effectively present and demonstrate products to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
-Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring timely follow-ups and persistent communication.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimize sales
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
-Gather feedback from clients to improve products and services and report customer insights to management.
Qualifications
*Education:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; however, equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
*Experience:*
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in [specific industry or product area, if applicable] is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach.
