Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at INSAN. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the HR Management System to potential clients, managing customer accounts, and meeting sales targets. The role involves developing sales strategies, conducting product demonstrations, and providing excellent customer service.

  • Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in the HR technology or software sales industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
