Job Descriptions We are looking for a Business Development Manager to work in the field of Occupational Safety Consultancy who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing executive development programs that enhance the leadership skills and strategic capabilities of senior executives. This role involves assessing leadership needs, developing tailored training solutions, and providing coaching to drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive leadership development programs for senior executives, design and facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions focused on advanced leadership and management skills.
- Conduct assessments to identify the developmental needs of executives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align executive development initiatives with organizational goals and strategies.
- Provide personalized coaching to executives to address specific challenges and support their professional growth.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of executive development programs.
- Manage budgets, resources, and vendors associated with development initiatives.
- Work closely with HR, senior leadership, and external consultants to ensure program effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new developments in executive coaching and leadership
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in executive coaching or leadership development preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, or related fields. Proven track record in designing and implementing successful executive programs.
- A UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
- The salary will be AED 3,000 – 5,000.
