IT Payment Projects Manager

  • Job Summary:

The IT Payments Projects Manager will be responsible to manage all aspects of IT projects related to payment systems. This role involves coordinating between various stakeholders, ensuring the successful implementation of payment solutions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations


Accountabilities & Key Roles :

  • Lead the payment projects including all project phases such as planning, execution, and monitoring, also to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within the approved budget.
  • Collaborate with business units and vendors to gather the requirements and agree on the project scope, facilitate the communication between the project stakeholders.
  • Prepare the project documentations including project plan and implementation status, also to provide a regular updates to senior management.
  • Cover the technical evaluation for new payment platform implementations and stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Work with IT and business teams to implement payment projects and handle all technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address the Technical requirements and deployments.
  • Coordinate with external vendors & internal development teams for technical support and issues resolution.
  • Provide the required technical support on payment systems where applicable and needed.
  • Handle the control and governance requirements related to the Payment applications.
  • Handle the deployment process and change management requirements related to Payment systems.
  • Work closely with enterprise payment business team and covering the technical parts.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Advanced degree or certification (e.g. PMP) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in managing IT projects related to payment systems or financial technology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Experience:

  • 5 – 10 Years of experience in IT payments applications.
  • Experience in a banking or Financial services & products.
  • Proven experience leading technical team and managing complex system implementation.
