Stellavia Airlines is a dynamic, rapidly growing airline specializing in cargo transportation, operating a fleet of Airbus A321F aircraft. We are committed to delivering reliable and efficient logistics solutions. As we continue to expand, we are seeking experienced Cargo General Sales Agents (GSAs) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage your network with freight forwarders to close 4-8 cargo deals weekly, based on market price and route availability.
• Develop and execute cargo sales strategies to meet business targets.
• Identify market trends and new opportunities for expanding Stellavia’s cargo operations.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, freight forwarders, and other key industry players.
• Collaborate closely with our operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth cargo handling and delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in cargo sales (≥5 years) and business development within the airfreight or logistics industry.
• Strong network with freight forwarders and industry contacts.
• Track record of closing high-value cargo deals on a regular basis.
• A deep understanding of the air cargo market, pricing strategies, and route optimization.
• Visionary approach to identifying new business opportunities and driving growth.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with a results-driven mindset.
