Your Role as Center Manager:

As the Center Manager, you will be the driving force behind our Heguru center's success in Dubai, UAE. Your passion for early childhood education and your business acumen will be instrumental in achieving the following:

• Strategically increasing student enrollment and brand awareness through targeted marketing campaigns specifically designed for the UAE market.
• Leading and motivating a team of Heguru instructors, fostering a positive and collaborative environment that reflects the Heguru philosophy.
• Overseeing telesales operations and converting leads into enrollments, demonstrating exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Managing the center's budget and resources efficiently, ensuring optimal return on investment.
• Maintaining the highest standards of Heguru program delivery and operations, adhering to local regulations and guidelines.

Your Ideal Profile:

• A proven track record in marketing and sales within the UAE, ideally in the education or child development sector.
• A deep understanding of the UAE market, cultural nuances, and the aspirations of parents seeking the best for their children.
• Fluency in English, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in telesales management and training, with a focus on achieving enrollment targets and building lasting relationships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, inspiring trust and confidence in both staff and parents.
• A passion for early childhood development and a strong belief in the Heguru methodology.
