Key Responsibilities (Depending on Role)
For HR Interns
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare and organize employee induction plans to ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
- Generate and update job descriptions in collaboration with department managers.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Assist in the internal recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in payroll administration, including generating monthly salary slips, tracking attendance, and ensuring payroll accuracy.

For Recruitment Intern
- Assist in the internal recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development.
- Conduct market research on recruitment trends and best practices.
- Coordinate interview processes and communicate with candidates.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
Requirements:
- Recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to details.
- Excellent command in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
