Role Description

DigitalPages is seeking a full-time, on-site Software Project Manager to join our team in Amman. The ideal candidate will oversee our software development projects, ensuring successful project delivery from start to finish. This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all project milestones and goals are met on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full project lifecycle for software development initiatives
• Conduct requirements analysis and ensure that business and client needs are fully understood
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
• Lead and coordinate development teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively analyze project requirements
• Proven experience in software project management, with a deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and related processes
• Expertise in conducting requirements analysis for software projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with project teams effectively
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a strong plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
