Event Support Staff Needed – 17th to 19th September in Amman

We are urgently looking for 25 motivated and well-presented individuals to assist in the smooth running of a high-profile event, from 17th September to 19th September, held in one of the 5-star hotels near 5th Circle, Amman, Jordan.

Key Details:

• Dates: 17th - 19th September 2024
• Timing: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM daily
• Location: 5th Circle, Amman – 5-star hotel (details will be shared upon selection)

Responsibilities:

• Registering event attendees
• Escorting and guiding guests to their designated areas
• Assisting attendees with any inquiries and ensuring they have a positive experience
• Assisting with crowd management to ensure smooth flow and avoid bottlenecks
• Helping with the setup and breakdown of event materials
• Distributing event materials such as brochures, event programs, or giveaways to attendees
• Providing assistance to guests with special needs or accessibility requirements
• Relaying important information between event coordinators and guests as necessary
• Maintaining order in event spaces to ensure all guests are in their designated areas

Requirements:

• Who can apply: Jordanian citizens, 18 years or older, and university students or recent graduates
• English proficiency: Candidates must have at least a good level of English
• Dress Code: Black formal attire, professional appearance
• Commitment: Availability for the entire duration of the event (all three days)
