GIS Support Analyst
Gistec is seeking talented individuals to join our team as Technical Support Analysts. If you have a degree in GIS, IT, or a related field and up to two years of experience, we encourage you to apply. The primary responsibilities of this position are to assist customers with technical issues working on GIS and Esri tools and to gain valuable experience working with the latest technology.
Requirments:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science ,GIS or Engineering.
• Excellent Command of English language (Oral and written).
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed
• Excellent Problem Solving Ability
• Technical Proficiency
• Excellent IT skills
• GIS Background is preferred
• Very Good communication skills
Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality technical support and customer service to end users through effective communication and efficient troubleshooting
• Resolve technical issues related to enterprise GIS servers using Esri tools and other related technologies
• Work well in high-energy, fast-paced, enthusiastic, positive, and collaborative culture
• Maintain comprehensive case documentation in customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Identify issues and log defects for software improvements
• Work in other technical areas of software support as customer and business needs require
