Bid Manager ( Amman - Jordan )

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the entire lifecycle of tendering and bidding processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new tender opportunities and assess their potential alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, financial, and legal teams to ensure comprehensive and competitive bid submissions.
  • Develop and refine bidding strategies based on analysis of previous bid outcomes and evolving market trends.
  • Manage the preparation and submission of detailed bid proposals, ensuring they meet all technical, commercial, and legal requirements.
  • Liaise with clients, partners, and suppliers to build strong relationships and foster collaboration.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and stakeholders, balancing company interests with client needs.
  • Conduct risk assessments for potential bids, proposing mitigation strategies where necessary.
  • Keep abreast of changes in industry regulations and standards, ensuring all bids comply with relevant laws and guidelines.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior bidding team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.


Qualifications:

  • At least 5~7 years of senior-level experience in bidding, with a strong preference for experience in Cyber Security, Networking, Infrastructure, or Cloud Solutions, and relevant client sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and winning large-scale, complex tenders.
  • Deep understanding of tendering processes and procurement regulations.
  • Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in bid management tools and software, along with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong leadership qualities with experience in team management and development.
  • Excellent command of English is a must.
