About Us: Visper Media is a dynamic and forward-thinking media agency, specializing in creating impactful visual content for various platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, advertisements, and more. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Videographer & Video Editor to join our team. This is a full-time role (freelance experience is not considered), and the ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a creative mindset, and a strong technical skill set.

Job Overview: As a Videographer & Video Editor at VisperMedia, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, filming, and editing high-quality videos that align with our agency's goals and objectives. You will work closely with the team, including our director, to create engaging content that resonates with our audience and clients. Your role will involve filming both on location and in studio settings, followed by editing raw footage into polished, professional final products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Production: Plan, film, and edit videos for a variety of projects, including social media content, advertisements, and internal projects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the director and creative team to conceptualize and execute video projects, ensuring all footage aligns with the company's vision and brand.
• Equipment Setup & Maintenance: Set up, operate, and maintain camera, lighting, and sound equipment for shoots, ensuring everything is in working order and ready for production.
• Creative Input: Stay updated on the latest video trends and styles, helping to grow the company’s content through innovative and modern techniques.
• Post-Production: Edit raw footage using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring a smooth, professional final product that meets project objectives.
• Project Management: Manage video timelines, ensuring all content is delivered on time and within scope.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven full-time experience as a Videographer and Video Editor (freelance experience is not considered).
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lighting setups, gimbals, and editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Creativity: A keen eye for detail and a creative approach to filming and editing that captures the intended message.
• Fitness & Stamina: Ability to work long hours, often in physically demanding conditions, with the stamina to manage equipment and operate in various environments.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, talent, and team members.
• Industry Awareness: A proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends and best practices, ensuring VisperMedia’s content is always cutting-edge.

Contract Terms:

• Duration: 2-year contract (Work visa)
