Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and passionate Content Creator to join our team in Amman. As a Content Creator at Real Cosmetics, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and impactful content that reflects our brand’s identity and resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

- Produce compelling content across various channels, including social media, and website.

- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create promotional materials and advertising campaigns.

- Monitor and analyze content performance to refine strategies and improve engagement.

- Experience in creating creative content including writing, photography, video production, and graphic design.

- A good understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and how to apply it to content.

- Good analytical skills to understand audience engagement and analyze content performance.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate fresh ideas into content strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.

• Proven experience in content creation, preferably within the cosmetics.

• Proficiency in content management systems and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
