As a Junior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the data analysis needs of the company. You will work closely with various teams to collect, analyze, and interpret data, helping to inform business decisions. What You’ll Be Doing
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources.
- Perform basic statistical analyses and generate reports to support business decision-making.
- Assist in the creation of dashboards and visualizations to communicate data insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with different teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Conduct data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems.
- Help maintain and update databases and data systems as required.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Understanding of statistical concepts and probability theory.
- Experience with Git and version control.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of clean code principles and best practices.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous and precise, with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Communication Skills: Ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Curiosity & Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to learn new tools, techniques, and best practices in data analysis and technology.
