Job Description

• Conduct detailed cost estimates for MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work to ensure budget compliance.
• Prepare bills of quantities (BoQ) that accurately reflect the scope of work and materials required for MEP projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to analyze project plans, specifications, and schedules for financial implications.
• Monitor project progress and financial performance, preparing regular reports to identify discrepancies and propose necessary adjustments.
• Evaluate and negotiate procurement contracts for MEP materials, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Assist in managing variations and claims throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring proper documentation and justification.
• Conduct value engineering assessments to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or standards.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in all MEP cost estimations and project executions.
• Engage with stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors, to address financial queries and facilitate smooth project delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions related to MEP works, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
