Role Overview:

As a Sales Representative at Club Feast, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Your role is pivotal in expanding our client base and driving revenue. You’ll leverage your sales skills to create impactful solutions, build lasting relationships, and contribute to our mission of supporting local eateries.


What You’ll Do:

  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Drive the sales process from lead generation and initial contact through to closing deals and onboarding clients.
  • Prospect and Qualify: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and other outreach strategies.
  • Solution Selling: Develop tailored proposals and presentations that address client needs and demonstrate the value of partnering with Club Feast.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate relationships with new clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the team to refine sales tactics and strategies, and share insights to optimize our approach.
  • CRM Management: Utilize our CRM system (HubSpot) to track leads, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to effectively position our offerings.


Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Must have IB, A-Levels, or SAT.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of proven sales experience, with a track record of managing the full sales cycle.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Remote Work: Ability to thrive in a fully remote, self-managed environment while working US hours.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred) and strong computer skills.


Preferred:

  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in sales within the restaurant or food delivery sector is a plus.
  • Sales Tools: Familiarity with sales enablement tools and techniques.
