Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our dynamic Digital Marketing team. This role involves producing engaging and visually appealing content that aligns with our brand’s voice and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, a keen understanding of digital marketing strategies, and a passion for the cosmetics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Capture, edit, and produce high-quality, engaging mobile content, including photos, videos, and graphics, that aligns with the brand's vision and marketing goals.

• Idea Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to understand and execute creative concepts, ensuring that all content meets the project objectives and deadlines.

• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest mobile content creation tools, techniques, and trends to ensure that the brand remains relevant and innovative.

• Content Optimization: Adapt and optimize content for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), considering platform-specific requirements and audience engagement.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual and messaging style across all platforms.

• Project Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to plan and coordinate content schedules, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within scope.

• Feedback Integration: Accept and implement feedback from the marketing team and other stakeholders, making necessary revisions to content as needed.

• Creative Input: Contribute creative ideas and suggestions during brainstorming sessions to enhance the overall content strategy and execution.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in Content Creation: Proven experience with high-quality mobile content (videos, photos, graphics) and a strong portfolio.

2. Proficiency in Editing Tools: Skilled in mobile editing apps (e.g. CapCut, Canva, VN).

3. Understanding of Social Media Platforms: Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and their content formats and trends.

4. Brand Consistency: Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent style.

5. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on mobile content creation tools, techniques, and trends.

6. Creative and Artistic Skills: Strong creativity and visual storytelling ability to translate marketing concepts into engaging content.
