Job Description
Candidate will be responsible for the design and development of solar PV systems. This role involves performing site assessments, creating detailed engineering plans and ensuring optimal performance of solar installations. The ideal candidate should have strong background in electrical engineering and project management.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site assessments to determine the feasibility of solar PV installations
- Design Solar PV systems, including selecting appropriate components and system configurations
- Develop detailed engineering plans and specifications for solar projects
- Perform electrical calculations and simulations to ensure system efficiency and compliance with industry standards
- Coordinate with project managers and construction teams
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for permits and regulatory approvals
- Oversee the installation, testing and commissioning of solar PV systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to projects
- Monitor the performance of installed systems and recommend improvements if needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
