Our Client, a prestigious luxury jeweler with over 13 boutiques in the GCC and a growing presence in the USA, is looking to fill in the CEO position.
Position Summary:
As the CEO, you will lead the company's strategic direction, oversee operations, and ensure financial health. This role requires a seasoned leader with extensive experience in luxury retail and a proven track record in driving growth and managing high-performance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and implement the company's strategic vision for growth and market leadership.
• Identify new opportunities and trends in the luxury jewelry sector.
• Promote innovation and excellence within the company.
• Operational Management:
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards.
• Implement best practices in retail and manufacturing processes.
• Maintain exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
• Financial Performance:
• Manage the budget and financial performance, making strategic adjustments as needed.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Marketing and Sales:
• Drive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and motivate the executive team and staff.
• Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition and retention.
• Customer Experience:
• Ensure a superior customer experience across all channels.
• Address and resolve customer feedback effectively.
• Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Identify and manage risks associated with business operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive role in the luxury retail sector.
• Strong understanding of retail management, financial planning, and marketing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the GCC market is advantageous.
