Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Clarity Debt Resolution. The role involves providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Customer Experience skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy
- Fluency in English and/or Spanish (both languages are a plus)
