Job Purpose:
Analyze sales data, conduct market research, and provide data-driven insights to enhance sales and marketing strategies, optimize pricing, and maximize profitability.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement process improvements, such as automating manual tasks and optimizing data delivery.
- Develop and maintain solutions for the commercial team and support new and modified applications and processes.
- Establish KPIs and enhanced estimation tools for the commercial sales team.
- Analyze complex data sets to ensure accurate invoicing and present trends to the commercial team.
- Provide reports and collaborate on data collection to improve business processes.
- Identify weaknesses in the commercial process and contribute to improvements.
- Support the commercial team and system development, ensuring proper execution of plans.
- Ensure data integrity and security by following privacy policies.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
- BA in Engineering, Commercial, or related field.
- Accredited certificates or courses in BI are a plus.
- 9 years of related industry experience in commercial, engineering, supply chain, and production planning within aviation.
- Understanding of Part 145 regulatory environment and company processes.
- Knowledge of data analytic techniques, and tools including Excel, Power BI and Tableau.
- Methodical and analytical approach with acute attention to detail.
- Advanced skills in MS Suite, particularly Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and a very good command of English.
