Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Secretary and Call Center Executive at Sharif Eye Centers in Amman, Jordan. The role involves managing administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, answering calls, and providing exceptional customer service to patients. The Secretary will also be responsible for maintaining patient records and ensuring smooth communication within the center.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Computer Literacy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Contact Center operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Experience in customer service or as a secretary is a plus
- Previous experience in a healthcare or service-oriented industry is an advantage
