Job Summary:

As a digital marketing manager, you will lead the development and execution of innovative digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will lead other team professionals, optimize online presence, manage marketing budget and deliver measurable results that align with business objectives.


Job Description:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee all digital marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, SEO, SEM, content marketing).
  • Analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct market research, identify trends, and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with related teams to enhance website UX, design, and content.
  • Manage digital marketing budget and optimize ROI.
  • Develop, lead and mentor a digital marketing team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and partners.


Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or relevant field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Additional certificates and studies in marketing is a must
  • Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management skills, and highly creative.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
