We are looking for an Account Manager fluent in English to create long-term, trusting relationships with our partners. The Account Manager oversees a portfolio of assigned partners, develops new business from existing partners, and actively seeks new partnership opportunities.
Requirements
- Expanding the SameDayCustom network by onboarding more vendors.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all partner account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Responsible for following the company's compliance procedures and ensuring they are updated per any contractual or governmental regulations.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to external stakeholders.
- Develop new business with existing partners and/or identify areas of improvement.
- Prepare needed reports.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
Qualifications
- Flexibility in working hours.
- Excellent command of the English language is a must.
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or similar role.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
