Roles and Responsabilites
- Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Overseeing and coordinating audit teams, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring timely completion of engagements.
- Audit Execution: Conducting in-depth audits of financial statements, internal controls, and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their business operations, and providing value-added services.
- Risk Assessment: Identifying and assessing audit risks, developing effective audit plans, and mitigating potential issues.
- Quality Control: Ensuring adherence to KPMG's quality standards and professional ethics, conducting reviews, and implementing corrective actions.
- Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks.
- People Development: Mentoring and coaching junior staff and identifying training needs.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and auditing methodologies.
- Proven experience in conducting complex audits and managing audit teams.
