Job description
Reporting to the Regional Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and managing key accounts in the dedicated Region. You will play a pivotal role in achieving revenue targets and expanding our market presence in the Region.
Main Duties
Actively support demand generation in country.
Increase visibility and volume of the TOEFL test in country.
Support and Recruit TOEFL iBT Test Centers in the region.
Develop partnerships with institutions.
Gather, analyze and report market intelligence, trends and developments.
Achieve quarterly and yearly sales target
- Client Relationship Management:
Maintain and develop relationships with B2I (Academic Institutions, Language Schools, Agents) in the dedicated sector.
Develop strong working relationships with government organizations with influence on higher education policies.
Conduct presentations to clients face to face or via webinars and represent TOEFL at industry conferences.
Visit Higher Education institutions, language schools and partners using ETS’s assessment tools
Ensure that TOEFL products and features are recognized and preferred by targeted institutions
Reach team objectives quarterly and yearly.
Manage client inquiries and resolve issues in an effective and timely manner.
Understanding the needs and challenges that higher education institutions are facing related to languages and English in particular.
This role will be based in Amman and will require travel across the GCC and North Africa.

Preferred experience / Education / Job requirements
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales roles, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth in the region.
- Experience working in or with institutions of higher education
- Strong understanding of the regional market landscape, including key trends, customer segments, and competitive dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Languages required
- English & Arabic (both verbal & written - C1 Level)
