Job Description

  • Work Order Management:
  • Ensure that Work Orders (WOs) are received by the contractor on a daily basis.
  • Receive and maintain an updated log of WOs from the contractor.
  • Salesforce Administration:
  • Upload WOs to the Salesforce system in a timely manner.
  • Update Service Request (SR) status in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify that completed WOs include customer signatures before uploading.
  • Follow up on WOs that require further action and report back in Salesforce for redirection to the Customer Hub Team.
  • Cross-check and update the system with rejected WOs (Out of DLP) before returning them to the Customer Hub Team.
  • Update Salesforce with information regarding "No Access" appointments, redirecting them to the Customer Hub Team for rebooking.
  • Coordination & Support:
  • Provide daily coordination support to the team lead, assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
