Business Development Executive

Job Description

  • Identifying potential clients and generating leads
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Handling objections and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Submitting TSS in vendor list of suppliers and manufacturers in contracting companies.
  • Focus on mega projects and build relationships with people at sites.
  • Taking signage packages for study and pricing.
  • Provide quotations to clients (follow-up, discussion, negotiation, knowledge of competitors).
  • Commercial matters (contracts, payments, collection).
  • Responsibility for submitting Drawings and submittals and getting approved by the client.
  • Sending RFF to the technical department (after receiving the advance payment).
  • Follow-up supply and installation (coordination between Signage dept and clients).
  • Issuing invoices according to reports from the operation and installation department.
  • Clients Relationship Management and Establish strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Understand client’s needs and provide appropriate signage solutions.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction to make long-term relationships.
