We at Leo International HRC Looking to hire Technical Manager For one of our Construction Client in Dubai.

Who have worked specially in Luxury villas as a Technical manager.

Responsibilities;

• Lead and manage a team of technical professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Develop and implement project plans, including setting goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues and ensure project objectives are met.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor project progress and performance, and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, including mentoring and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous learning.
