Job Description: Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorisé par le Ministère français de l'Économie, des Finances et du Travail et qui permet à Airbus d'offrir à de jeunes professionnels la possibilité d'acquérir une expérience rémunérée et valorisante à l'étranger, dans un métier technique ou commercial. Le programme VIE est un contrat spécifique, en vertu des critères d'éligibilité de Business France. Principaux critères d'exigibilité du VIE : • Être citoyen(ne) de l'Union Européenne (plus Norvège, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplômé(e) âgé(e) de 28 ans maximum. • Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays. La durée d’un VIE est de 6 à 24 mois en fonction du lieu d’affectation. Un poste sous contrat VIE, Human Resources Business Partner, est à pourvoir au sein d’Airbus Africa and Middle East à Dubaï. Vous rejoindrez le département RH qui s'occupe des pays suivants : EAU, Egypte, Qatar, Maroc, Algérie. L'environnement de travail est diversifié, multiculturel et enrichissant, puisque nous avons environ 300 employés à Dubaï, de plus de 40 nationalités différentes. La région Afrique et Moyen-Orient est placée sous le concept "One Roof", ce qui signifie que nous avons des employés d'Airbus Helicopters, Defense and Space et Commercial, ce qui vous permettra de découvrir la diversité de nos activités. En tant que point focal pour les employés de votre région, vous devrez utiliser vos compétences interpersonnelles et votre capacité d'adaptation, tout en mettant en pratique vos diverses compétences en RH. Vos challenges: Vous serez en charge des activités principales suivantes : ● Recrutement (de la publication de la position à l’offre d’embauche) ● Support des campagnes RH (Performance, revue des salaires, revue des employés…) ● Positionnement en tant que partenaire auprès des managers ● Creation de proximité avec les employés et construction d’une relation de confiance ● Soutien des employés dans leur développement ● Contribution au déploiement de divers projets RH tels que la formation, rémunération, la gestion des talents et les politiques. Votre carte d’embarquement : Vous avez les expériences et les compétences suivantes : ● Titulaire d'un Master dans le domaine des Ressources humaines ou une discipline apparentée. ● 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en Ressources humaines (Généraliste, recrutement, international) (apprentissages et stages compris) En outre, vous êtes en mesure de démontrer les compétences suivantes : ● Capacité d’adaptation ● Organisation ● Disponibilité et sens du service ● Sens de l’écoute et de la communication ● Compétences linguistiques : Anglais obligatoire, Arabe est un plus _____________________________________________________ ENGLISH VERSION The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. A VIE for a Human Resources Business Partner position has arisen within Airbus Africa and Middle East in Dubai. You will join the HR Department which handles the following countries: UAE, Egypt, Qatar, Morocco, Algeria. As the focal point for the employees in your area, you will be expected to use your interpersonal skills and your ability to adapt, while putting your various HR skills into practice. Your challenges: Your main tasks will include: ● Recruitment (from the publication of the position to the hiring offer) ● Supporting the HR campaigns (Performance Review, Salary review, People Review,...) ● Acting as a partner to the business ● Ensuring employee proximity and building a trustful relationship ● Supporting employees in their development ● Contributing to the deployment of various HR projects such as Training, Reward, Talent Management and Policies This list is non-exhaustive and may evolve according to the needs of the team and your skills.
