• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff, providing ongoing support and professional development opportunities.
• Act as a liaison between the clinic and external stakeholders, such as insurance companies, government agencies, and community organizations.
