Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BMS Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in building management systems and a proven track record of successful project implementation. This role involves designing, installing, commissioning, and maintaining BMS systems for various commercial and residential projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Building Management Systems (BMS) for various projects.
- Configure and program BMS controllers and software to meet project requirements.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare detailed system design documents.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of BMS systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BMS systems.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and operating manuals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless system integration.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in BMS design, installation, and commissioning.
- Strong knowledge of BMS systems, protocols, and hardware.
- Proficiency in BMS software and programming tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Presentable personality and good communication skills.
