Job Description

  • Lead and manage the production planning team, focusing on skill development and team growth.
  • Create and maintain the bill of material (BOM) master file for all items.
  • Develop and implement effective production plans to optimize output and resource utilization.
  • Monitor production performance in terms of output, quality rejections, and material consumption.
  • Monitor and report plant and individual scorecards, including metrics like production, fulfillment, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
  • Capture and analyze production data to identify focus areas and drive efficiency improvements.
  • Manage production documentation related to the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Supervise the production data entry teams.
  • Act as the central hub for receiving and releasing information to and from BMI.
  • Continuously improve production planning processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate with sales and supply chain teams for SNOP
  • Ensure efficient information and material flow
