Job Description

Manage filling & packing workers:

• Ensure strict discipline, work atmosphere and team spirit at any time
• Before starting any shift, fill the daily attendance check up list and report any absence or late coming
• Before starting any shift, organize a short meeting to explain the production plan given by manager
• Train workers for any tasks related to filling & packing (how to seal, how to cap, how to pack, how to clean the machines…) – record all trainings
• Give the proper time break depending on the plan in progress.
• Conduct a clear shift handover.

FILLING & PACKING PLANNING

• Follow the daily production plan given by Manager
• For each item, follow the relate dine organization sheet
• Anticipate the line preparation with Maintenance to minimize the line setting timing
• Control PM and FG transactions between filling & packing and stores

QUALITY ASSURANCE

• Follow all SOP related to production
• Record at proper time on proper format with 0 mistake all required information
• Ensure all machines and equipment are cleaned, filling & acking area organized at any time
• Ensure any person working or entering the filling & packing area are following GMP
• Conduct regular quality control check-up inline
• Report immediately to Manager & QC department any quality issue
