Job Title: FLS Draughtsman / FLS Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

• FLS Draughtsman: Minimum 3+ Years
• FLS Engineer: Minimum 2 Years

Job Description:

Capital Engineering Consultancy is seeking talented and experienced FLS Draughtsman and FLS Engineers to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. We have immediate openings and preference will be given to candidates who can join on short notice.

Key Responsibilities:

FLS Draughtsman:

• Prepare detailed drawings and layouts for fire and life safety (FLS) systems, including gas, water, and foam-based systems.
• Develop schematics, floor plans, and system diagrams.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local regulations and standards.
• Work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings.
• Review and revise drawings as necessary based on feedback and project requirements.
• Maintain organized records of all drawings and related documents.

FLS Engineer:

• Assist in the design and implementation of fire and life safety systems.
• Conduct site inspections to assess FLS requirements and compliance.
• Prepare and review technical documents, specifications, and reports.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure integration of FLS systems in building designs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for FLS systems during and after installation.
• Ensure all FLS systems meet regulatory standards and project specifications.

Requirements:

• For FLS Draughtsman: Minimum of 3 years of experience in drafting fire and life safety systems.
• For FLS Engineer: Minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering fire and life safety systems.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant drafting tools.
• Strong knowledge of local FLS regulations and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in consultancy firms.
• Experience with industrial and commercial projects in the UAE.
