We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented sales engineer in the field of radio communication and security services to join our team at Hertz Integrated Systems. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. You will also play a crucial role increasing customer engagement, and brand awareness. Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our products and services, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
· Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
· Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and developers, to enhance brand reputation and drive business growth.
· Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and stay ahead of the market.
· Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
· Reach out to customer leads through phone calling and site visits
· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
· Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, techniques, and trends, and continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
· Highly motivated and target driven with a proven UAE work experience in the related field.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Fluent in the English language
· Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
· Proficient in MS Office.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Creative mindset with a strategic approach to marketing.
