Savis Realty, a prominent player in Dubai's real estate industry, is actively seeking a seasoned and driven Real Estate Broker to join our esteemed team. As a Real Estate Broker with Savis Realty, you will be instrumental in facilitating property transactions and creating lasting connections with clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition: Actively prospect and acquire new clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and strategic marketing efforts.
2. Property Listings: Develop and maintain an up-to-date inventory of residential and commercial properties for sale or lease.
3. Client Consultation: Understand clients' real estate needs and preferences through effective communication and consultation.
4. Property Tours: Conduct property tours with potential buyers or tenants to showcase features and benefits, providing insightful information about the local real estate market.
5. Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, ensuring a fair and mutually beneficial agreement.
6. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and upcoming developments in the Dubai real estate market.
7. Documentation: Prepare and review all necessary documentation, including contracts, leases, and closing statements, to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
8. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire real estate transaction process, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
9. Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with key industry professionals, including developers, lawyers, and financial institutions, to enhance business opportunities.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker in Dubai.
2. Valid Real Estate Broker License issued by the Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).
3. In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, property laws, and regulations.
4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
5. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
6. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
7. Proficient in relevant real estate software and CRM systems.
8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
