A Quotation Specialist meticulously prepares, submits, and tracks price quotes for products or services. Responsibilities encompass analyzing costs, negotiating contracts, and ensuring accurate and competitive pricing to drive business profitability.

Responsibilities:

· Analyze customer inquiries and prepare accurate and timely quotations.

· Coordinate with sales team to understand customer requirements.

· Communicate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing information for products and services.

· Ensure that all quotations comply with company pricing and discount policies.

· Track and manage multiple quotations simultaneously.

· Respond to customer inquiries and provide additional information as needed.

· Maintain accurate records of all quotations and sales activities.

· Identify opportunities to improve the quotation process and make recommendations to management.

Requirements:

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· At least 4years experience as quotation specialist for technical stores at Ship chandler business.

· Must be known and familiar in the market.

· Must be able to communicate effectively especially to VENDOR.

· Ability to understand and interpret technical documents and drawings as per IMPA.

· Proficient in using software programs such as Excel, Word, and AX systems.

· Flexible to the work and timing.

· Good character is a MUST.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills

· Experience in preparing and submitting quotations for products or services.

· Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and pricing structures

· Determine to finish the quotation fast and accurate.

We are looking for an organized and motivated warehouse assistant to be part of our growing company.

WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT Job Description

The warehouse assistant will be responsible for ensuring inventory is processed, organized, and stored.

The warehouse assistant will be in charge to assist the inventory checking and prepare orders for delivery.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working on their feet, focused on meeting quotas, and experienced in inventory software and databases such as AX system.

Requirements:

· At least have 2 years of experience of handling technical store as Warehouse Assistant at Ship Chandler business.

· Flexible to work timing without any complain.

· Good character is a MUST.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Knowledge in AX system is advantage.

· Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Move inventory and materials across facilities.

· Pick the items from shelves according to pick slips.

· Check the picked items as per the pick slips i.e. batch number, expiry date and quantity.

· Process inventory for delivery.

· Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing inventory in the warehouse/store.

· Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location. Rearrange the shelves and maintain proper shelf conditions whenever required.

· Package items and label them correctly.

· Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse/store area.

· Apply stickers on items for deliveries.

· Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.

· Stack and organize large bulk items.

· Always adhere to safety standards and protocols.

· Update logs and documentation for inventory processing.

· Move materials from facilities to workstations, pick-up locations, or other locations.

· Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes and efficiency.

· Work as an active team member to complete team goals.
