Logistics Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Logistics Manager to oversee the supply chain management process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring shipments and distribution of goods to enhance business development, sustainability, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans involving warehouse, transportation, and customer services

- Coordinate and optimize the entire order cycle efficiently

- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers

- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly

- Track quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, and transport costs

- Organize the warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes, and manage shipments

- Resolve issues and address complaints in a timely manner

- Train, mentor, and supervise logistics staff

- Achieve cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets

- Analyse data and metrics to improve performance continuously

- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards

- Implement risk mitigation strategies effectively

- Demonstrate strong follow-up, meet deadlines, and time management abilities

- Ensure accuracy in reporting and analytical data

- Exhibit teamwork and discipline in all activities.

Requirements and Skills

- Proven work experience as a Logistics Manager

- Successful track record in distribution and logistics management

- Strong leadership and staff management capabilities

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
