ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN
This position is for technicians only and not for engineers.
Job mainly consists of working on electrical panels, generator synchronization panels and repair of diesel generators.
Tasks and Duties:
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, electrical panels and generators using hand tools and power tools.
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, electrical panels and generators using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
- Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, etc., to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
- Fill customer reports and communicate with managers.
Knowledge:
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, including generator synchropanels.
- Ability to apply switchboard designs, including synchropanels.
- Ability to design switchboards is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team environment.

Requirements:
· Public Driving Permit is a must
