Cost Controller Manager - Chain of Restaurants - Kinshasa - Africa

Salary: $3000 + Food Allowance + Accom
We are currently seeking a Cost Controller Manager to join a well-established chain of restaurants based in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in cost control within the food & beverage or hospitality sector.

- Proven experience managing cost control across multi-branch or franchise restaurant operations.

- Strong background in both strategic planning and hands-on operational execution.

- Excellent knowledge of cost control procedures, inventory management, and budgeting processes.

- Proficiency in financial reporting, cost variance analysis, and forecasting.

- Familiarity with procurement systems, supplier negotiations, and stock reconciliation.

- Ability to design and implement SOPs related to food cost control, portioning, wastage, and stock rotation.

- Experience conducting regular site visits to oversee implementation of cost-saving measures and ensure process compliance.

- Prior professional experience in Africa is considered an advantage.

Proficiency in French is a mandatory requirement
