We are currently seeking three skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our Pain d’Or maintenance team in Chouifet.

Job Summary:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and equipment. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving machinery malfunctions, executing preventive maintenance tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency.

Responsibilities:

· Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions and breakdowns with machinery, covering electrical and mechanical components.

· Repair and replace defective components promptly to minimize downtime.

· Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure consistent and optimal performance.

· Calibrate machinery for accuracy and precision in performance.

· Assist in the installation of new equipment, ensuring smooth integration into existing systems.

· Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.

· Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all maintenance and repair activities.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality assurance, to address maintenance-related issues and enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

· Technical Degree (BT-TS) in Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent field.

· 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

· Willingness to work flexible hours, including AM and PM shifts.
