We are an agency representing international brands in furniture, lighting, and flooring across the Middle East. Our team supports architects, interior designers, developers, dealers and end clients in selecting and specifying the right products for their projects.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic candidate that will work closely with our commercial teams to respond to project inquiries, analyze floor plans, and prepare tailored product proposals. This team will play a vital role in ensuring a fast, professional, and design-led service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze client briefs and floor plans to suggest suitable furniture, lighting, and flooring solutions.

Prepare mood boards, presentation decks, and product proposals using tools like PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.

Collaborate with our sales team to understand the specific needs and budgets of each project.

Prepare basic layout suggestions using AutoCAD or similar software to visualize product placement when and if needed.

Coordinate with suppliers for product specs, lead times, and samples.

Maintain a digital library of product data sheets, images, and technical documents.

Respond to product inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Assist in preparing quotation requests and BOQs when needed.

Requirements:
Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in a design, specification, or FF&E coordination role.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and an eye for design.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Fluency in English is essential
