Duties:
Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes in accordance with the restaurant’s standards and recipes for a designated section (e.g., pastry, grill, sauce).
Team Leadership: Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring they follow proper procedures and maintain high standards.
Quality Control: Ensure that all food served meets quality and presentation standards; taste dishes before serving.
Inventory Management: Assist in managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
Health & Safety: Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations; maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
Menu Development: Contribute to menu planning and the creation of new dishes, providing input based on seasonal ingredients and trends
