Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and efficiency.
Create and develop new menu items aligned with the latest culinary trends and customer preferences.
Bring expertise in French, Italian, American, and other international cuisines.
Lead and manage the kitchen staff, ensuring teamwork, performance, and high morale.
Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations.
Manage food costing, inventory, supplier coordination, and kitchen workflows.
Deliver a consistent and high-quality catering service, from planning to execution.
Required Qualifications:
15–20 years of progressive experience in professional kitchens.
Solid background in menu development, modern culinary techniques, and kitchen management.
Proven experience in catering operations is a must.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, train, and motivate staff.
Passionate, organized, detail-oriented, and up to date with global food trends.
