Para pharmaceutical Outdoor Sales Representative

JOB PURPOSE:
The Sales Representative is responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling HOLDAL’s pharmaceutical products. He/She should also contact and secure new business customers.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales:
- Check the inventory at the clients to prepare replenishment orders.
- Control the selling process to clients in order to ensure achieving targets and increasing turnover.
- Implement the approved sales cycle to better follow-up on clients and serve their needs.
- Recruit new clients in the assigned areas in order to increase sales and distribution coverage.
- Cover the assigned clients by pushing on all brands handles and focusing on existing clients in order to increase the market share of the brands.
- Supply clients with new items, promotions, and bundles.
- Boost the sales of all the handled portfolio by brand in order to ensure productive daily visits.
- Report all problems with their possible solutions to the Sales Supervisor/Manager.
Execute all requested reports from the direct supervisor.
- Ensure monthly sales target is achieved.
Monitor near-expiry date products along with the customer and ensure the Pharmacist is selling the nearest expiry first.
- Return the minimum quantity possible having monitored the customers’ stock during regular visits.
- Monthly follow-up on the year-to-date sales versus last year by customer and by brand.

Collection and Receivables:
- Monitor the statement of account for all clients in coordination with the RCC Unit to ensure that credit notes and other types of financial compensations are done on time.
- Collect all invoices at the right time in order to avoid overdue.
- Monitor the client’s account statement in order to ensure that credit notes and other types of financial compensations are done on time.
- Ensure the monthly collection target is achieved.

Data Collection:
- Perform market data collection concerning competitors’ sales, promotions, new products and marketing activities to be able to compete in the market and to ensure a competitive advantage for the brands.
- Fill daily sales reports in order to monitor the visits to clients and their orders.

Merchandising (If applicable):
- Apply merchandising on displays and marketing tools by following the brand’s strategy in order to enhance the brand’s visibility and increase sales.
- Report back all displays before and after.


Qualitication,Experience & skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or Biochemistry, or Biomedical Engineer.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably within a pharmaceutical industry.
- Fluent in Arabic and English. French is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent negotiation and selling skills.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Learning-oriented, with a drive to always enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Well-developed organizational and time management skills
